Industrial Engineer – Manufacturing Optimization

About the role

We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to optimise manufacturing workflows, eliminate waste and ensure compliance with regulatory standards for a large pharmaceutical company. The role sits between junior and senior levels, requiring a B Degree and 3‑7 years of relevant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and root‑cause analysis methodologies.
• Design plant layouts and cleanroom flows to prevent cross‑contamination and improve ergonomic safety.
• Collaborate with quality assurance to uphold GMP and manage risk frameworks such as FMEA.
• Analyse production lines, perform line balancing and reduce cycle times to maximise drug manufacturing throughput.

Required profile

• B Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or a related field.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in industrial engineering within manufacturing.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated environments is preferred.
