IAM Sales Manager - Johannesburg

About the role

A leading value-added distributor of information security solutions and services, working through its channel partners with enterprises across sub-Saharan Africa, is hiring an IAM Sales Manager in Johannesburg. The role grows the Identity and Access Management business by building client relationships, delivering sales targets and promoting IAM solutions across industries. It requires deep knowledge of IAM products and the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned clients to drive IAM solution adoption.
• Build and manage relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in large enterprises.
• Lead complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, covering solution selling, presentations and negotiation.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for IAM products.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to stay up to date on IAM advancements and industry trends.
• Lead account review meetings and manage client issues and renewals proactively.
• Develop partner and channel sales opportunities and deliver enablement sessions as required.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on IAM best practices.

Required profile

• Must live and work in Johannesburg.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with at least 3 years in IAM or cybersecurity.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven track record managing large enterprise accounts and achieving sales targets.
