Hybrid Sales Representative – Bloemfontein

About the role

The company is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to work on a hybrid basis in Bloemfontein. You will be the front‑line driver of growth for wine and liquor brands, managing your own territory while balancing office and field work.

Key responsibilities

• Grow sales volume and market share within the assigned Bloemfontein territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Execute promotional and brand initiatives to maximise product visibility.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into active accounts.
• Report sales performance and market insights to the regional manager.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification.
• Minimum three years of sales experience, preferably in the wine, spirits or liquor sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Valid, unendorsed driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of the wine and liquor market.
• Effective negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
