About the role
A24 Group, a healthcare staffing business with leading UK agencies, is looking for Hunters in Bree Street, Cape Town. Hunters pick up the phone, find great people and close them. The role suits people who enjoy the thrill of the chase and want to turn their sales drive into a recruitment career.
Key responsibilities
- Hunt and win nurses, carers and healthcare professionals for UK clients
- Cold call, headhunt and build your own pipeline
- Place candidates fast and earn uncapped commission
Required profile
- Proven sales experience (call centre, telesales, B2B, retail, anything target driven)
- Resilience, confidence and a hunger to earn
- No recruitment experience needed; training is provided
Required skills
- Excellent English
- Strong phone manner
What we offer
- Basic salary of R12,000 to R18,000 per month depending on experience, plus uncapped commission
- OTE of R30,000 per month, with top earners well above that
- Hours Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm
- Base at Bree Street, Cape Town
