Human Resources Summer Internship 2027

About the role

Join a globally recognised company as a Human Resources Summer Intern and gain hands‑on experience across talent acquisition, employee development, organisational capability, employer branding and business partnering. You will work on a live HR business project from day one, collaborating with experienced leaders in the Sandton office during the January‑February 2027 summer period.

Key responsibilities

• Own, lead and deliver an individual HR business project.
• Support talent acquisition activities and employee development initiatives.
• Contribute to employer branding and organisational capability programmes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and senior executives.
• Present project outcomes to senior leadership at the final presentation.

Required profile

• Current university student in penultimate year, graduating December 2027 or later.
• Strong teamwork, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Leadership experience through student organisations, projects or similar roles.
• Resilient, results‑driven and able to overcome setbacks.
• Comfortable working with diverse people at various levels.
• Ability to derive insights from data to inform business decisions.
• Proactive, flexible and eager to learn.
