Human Resources Manager – Hybrid (Cape Town)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our fast‑growing travel and tourism company in Cape Town. Reporting to the Group Head of People and Culture in London, you will act as a strategic partner to business units, shaping people strategies that support growth and a thriving team culture.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with department heads to align HR strategy with business objectives and improve organisational performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee‑relations issues, fostering a positive work environment and resolving conflicts.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and retention initiatives, and develop talent through coaching, feedback and performance‑management programmes.
• Design and deliver learning and development programmes to close skill gaps and support professional growth.
• Drive change‑management activities, ensuring smooth implementation of new processes and policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a HR managerial or senior HR business partner role.
• Strong ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrated track record of supporting organisational growth in a fast‑paced environment.
