Human Resources Coordinator – Remote (Healthcare)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join NIVA Health’s HR team on a fully remote basis. The role supports both clinical and administrative functions, guiding new hires through onboarding and ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with pre‑hire activities such as job postings, applicant tracking, and data reporting.
• Manage onboarding communications, process hiring and benefits forms, and support post‑hire integration.
• Handle employee lifecycle tasks including time‑off requests, employment verifications, and off‑boarding with exit interviews.
• Prepare and maintain analytical HR reports on headcount, turnover, and training completion.
• Oversee ordering, distribution, and retrieval of company‑issued equipment.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, organizational policies, and labor laws.

Required profile

• Prior experience in human resources within the healthcare industry.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS systems.
• Experience using payroll platforms such as PayChex Flex.
• Competence with Microsoft Suite and Google Suite.
