About the role
Guardrisk is offering a Human Capital graduate opportunity in Sandton, Gauteng, with a main emphasis on talent acquisition and recruitment support. The placement introduces the employee lifecycle through practical work with recruitment processes and wider Human Capital initiatives. Future permanent employment depends on business needs, vacancies and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Support recruitment administration and interview coordination
- Assist with candidate communication and onboarding
- Support recruitment reporting and stakeholder engagement
Required profile
- South African citizen
- Currently unemployed
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or Advanced Diploma at NQF Level 7
- No previous participation in an internship or graduate programme
- Qualification in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Psychology or a closely related field
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good administrative and organisational skills
