HR Talent Scout (Recruitment & People Operations)

About the role

Codekeeper is seeking a proactive HR Talent Scout to lead recruitment and support HR operations. You will refine processes, enhance candidate experience, and help attract and retain top talent in a remote‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Recruiting: source, post and optimise job openings; design application and screening processes; expand recruitment reach and improve candidate engagement.
• Screening & Interviewing: collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements; conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates against criteria.
• Offer Management: present job offers, detailing position terms, remuneration and benefits.
• Recruitment Process Optimisation: explore new platforms, tools and strategies; document procedures and workflows.
• HR Management: develop and document HR procedures aligned with company policies; manage onboarding to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
• Employee Relations: organise three online team gatherings and one offline event per year to foster engagement and culture.
