HR Operations Specialist

About the role

The HR Operations Specialist will support local execution of operational HR activities within Mondelēz International Digital Services. Acting as the primary point of contact for employees when self‑service options are unavailable, the role blends process expertise with hands‑on service delivery to ensure high‑quality HR support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide business intimacy and deliver local HR services, including time‑and‑attendance support and HR system assistance.
• Partner with manufacturing, supply chain and other functions to create a best‑in‑class employee experience.
• Resolve industrial relations and business‑specific queries with guidance from the People Experience Lead.
• Deliver end‑to‑end operational HR services across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate data management.
• Support local projects and the employee‑relations agenda for the site.
• Develop, maintain and improve standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and data‑protection laws.
• Analyze exceptions, report findings and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Experience working in a shared‑service HR environment.
• Strong team player with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
• Proven ability to design, map and document processes, and gather business requirements.
• Effective communicator with solid interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
