About the role

Fraser Alexander is offering two graduate‑level internships in Human Resources for unemployed South African graduates. The 12‑month programme is based in Gauteng and provides practical exposure across the full HR function within an international mining‑services organisation.

Key responsibilities

Assist with recruitment and selection processes.
Support policy conceptualisation, design and implementation.
Perform HR administration and employee‑lifecycle management tasks.
Contribute to employee and labour‑relations matters.
Help administer benefits and manage stakeholder engagement.
Work with HR information systems, analytics and reporting.

Required profile

BA/BCom (Honours) in Human Resources Management or Social Sciences.
Medically fit and currently unemployed graduate.
No prior employment or participation in a similar graduate programme.
Willingness to be deployed anywhere in South Africa as business needs dictate.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
