About the Role
Join a dynamic and rapidly growing technology company based in the beautiful Stellenbosch area. We are looking for a meticulous and proactive HR Generalist to strengthen our team and optimize our human resources operations in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Payroll Administration: Prepare and process monthly payroll, submit UIF declarations, coordinate salary reconciliations with the finance department, and manage employee benefits and leave.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, draft job descriptions, prepare employment contracts, and organize seamless onboarding sessions.
- Training & Development: Support ongoing training programs and plan comprehensive orientations for new hires.
- HR Records & Reporting: Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of all HR files and produce precise HR reports for management.
- Employee Engagement: Organize corporate events, support internal communication initiatives, and plan wellness activities to foster a positive company culture.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor regulations.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High level of discretion and professional integrity.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in SAGE 300 People payroll system.
- Advanced mastery of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
