HR Branch Administrator

About the role

Complement Recruitment is seeking an Assistant HR Branch Administrator for a permanent position based in Sandton, Johannesburg, Gauteng. The role oversees all administrative functions of the branch, including sales, human resources, payroll, finance and reporting to head office. You will support day‑to‑day operations and ensure smooth coordination across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Load and update contract information and asset reports.
• Prepare, control and print monthly stock‑take count sheets, update stock sheets and ensure effective stock control.
• Manage petty cash and handle HR reporting, payroll queries and flash reports.
• Provide overall admin control across the branch.
• Coordinate inter‑departmental communication and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist with finance and sales documentation as required.

Required profile

• Grade 12 qualification; HR or Administration qualification advantageous.
• Bookkeeping certificate or equivalent.
• Own transport and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in a multi‑national branch or franchise environment in a similar role.
• Excellent computer skills, strong attention to detail and well‑organized.
• Hardworking, reliable and able to work unsupervised.
