HR Advisor

About the role

We are seeking an HR Advisor to support employees and leaders across multiple sites in Morocco, South Africa, and Ghana. The role will ensure consistent application of HR policies, drive employee experience, and manage performance and employee relations in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HR policies, processes, and procedures in line with company standards and local legislation.
• Provide guidance to managers on performance management, employee relations, and the employee lifecycle.
• Drive talent management activities such as performance reviews, talent reviews, and development planning.
• Promote learning and development resources and coordinate appropriate programs.
• Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and exits, ensuring legal compliance.
• Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and external HR vendors to align regional practices with the EMEA framework.
• Maintain accurate HR data, generate metrics, and support HR Operations and Global HR initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4‑6 years of broad HR management experience, preferably in a multinational or fast‑growing organization.
• Strong knowledge of employment law in KSA and/or UAE.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and judgment skills.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
