HR & Admin Manager

About the role

The Supply Chain division in Durban seeks an HR & Admin Manager to lead the human resources function and provide administrative support across the business. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, high professionalism, and the ability to work independently while travelling between offices as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from advertising vacancies to drafting letters of appointment.
• Resolve employee relations issues, handle grievances and represent the company at the CCMA when required.
• Implement performance management processes, set KPIs and support managers with under‑performing staff.
• Identify training needs, coordinate development programmes and manage learner intake from tertiary institutions.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, ensure compliance with labour legislation and handle disciplinary matters.
• Administer employee benefits, communicate programmes and manage compensation structures.
• Process monthly payroll, including third‑party payments, and maintain salary benchmarks.
• Oversee the HR Information System (HRIS) and related administrative tasks.

• Detail‑oriented, results‑driven and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel between offices as required.

Required skills
