Hotel Cleanliness Expert – Housekeeping

About the role

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert ensures that every guest area, from rooms to public spaces, meets the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. Working in a pre‑opening environment, you will help shape the guest experience by delivering spotless environments and responsive service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly greeting and respond promptly to their service requests.
• Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public areas using appropriate chemicals and equipment.
• Restock carts, supply closets, linen rooms, and ensure all housekeeping supplies are ready for use.
• Report maintenance issues to Engineering or the Housekeeping office and follow up on urgent repairs.
• Follow OSHA safety regulations, use personal protective equipment, and post caution signs when necessary.
• Fold, sort, and store cleaned linen according to hotel standards.
• Complete end‑of‑shift cart returns and maintain tidy storage areas.

Required skills

• Ability to operate basic housekeeping equipment such as carts and folding machines.
