Hospitality Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Hospitality Analyst to join our investment advisory team focused on the African hospitality sector. The role involves financial modelling, market research and supporting transactions across the continent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for hospitality investment opportunities.
• Conduct market research and analysis on the African hospitality market.
• Support transaction processes, including valuation and due diligence.
• Prepare written reports and presentations for internal and client use.
• Travel across Africa as required to gather data and meet stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Hospitality or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, real‑estate investment banking, advisory, valuation or a similar analytical role.
• Hospitality sector experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong analytical, numerical and research abilities with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Financial modelling proficiency.
