About the role
Clinix Health Group is hiring a permanent Hospital Receptionist for Cullinan Wellness Private Hospital, based in Pretoria Central, Gauteng. The role covers reception and administrative coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Answer, screen and direct calls, and relay messages
- Welcome visitors and handle enquiries
- Schedule appointments and meetings and take minutes
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Maintain office and kitchen supplies and arrange equipment repairs
- Assist with hospital driver coordination
- Provide clerical support and filing
- Comply with departmental cost controls
Required profile
- Certification in Office Administration or Secretarial studies (NQF Level 5)
- 1 to 2 years of experience in general office administration
- Entry-level position
Required skills
- Computer literacy
- Oral and written communication
- Customer service, interpersonal skills and conflict resolution
