About the role
The Hospital Patient Services Manager will lead the coordination of patient services resources, processes and operations to ensure quality care, growth, and profitability for the hospital.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure effective quality management and customer care.
- Oversee accurate billing and cash‑flow management.
- Interpret and apply contracts and funder rules.
- Drive people management, governance and risk management.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Nursing, Advanced Case Management and Coding.
- Minimum five years of private‑healthcare leadership experience.
- Current registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
Required skills
- Problem‑solving, analysis and judgement.
- Resilience and ethical behaviour.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Ability to motivate and develop teams.
