About the role
The Heat Press Operator is responsible for the efficient operation of heat press machinery in a fast‑paced production environment. You will set up and calibrate equipment, monitor press parameters, and ensure that printed materials meet quality standards while adhering to safety protocols.
Key responsibilities
- Setting up, calibrating and operating heat press equipment according to job specifications.
- Ensuring accurate temperature, pressure and dwell time settings for each press run.
- Performing quality checks on finished materials to verify print durability and accuracy.
- Pre‑staging raw materials and staging finished goods for downstream processes.
- Maintaining a clean and safe workspace while meeting daily production targets.
- Recording press settings and production data for traceability.
