Healthcare Recruiter – Remote (EST Hours)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Healthcare Recruiter to join a fast‑growing US‑based travel therapy staffing company. Working remotely from South Africa, you will support the placement of licensed clinicians into 13‑week travel contracts across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Source occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech‑language pathologists and nurses through platforms such as Vivian, Allied Travel Careers, LinkedIn and Facebook groups.
• Engage candidates via outreach, messaging and calls, building a personal pipeline of qualified clinicians.
• Respond quickly to inbound leads and convert interest into active candidates.
• Conduct screening calls to assess experience, availability and preferences.
• Prepare and submit accurate candidate profiles for open roles, ensuring credentials and availability are verified.

Required profile

• Energetic, results‑driven individual who enjoys talking to people and “hunting” talent.
• Comfortable working EST hours (14:30 – 23:30 SA time) and rotating weekends.
• Reliable home internet (minimum 25 Mbps) and power backup to handle load‑shedding.
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Experience using Facebook groups for recruitment outreach.
