Job description
Key responsibilities
- Monitor employee and employer adherence to safety policies and guidelines.
- Organize accident investigation processes.
- Develop safety policies for the organization.
- Record all safety‑related issues and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Review and recommend changes to regular activities.
- Manage and enforce OSH policies and regulations.
- Develop and coordinate training on general safety, workers’ compensation and accident investigation.
- Monitor staff, equipment and machinery to evaluate and improve health and safety conditions.
- Investigate and report on accidents and incidents.
- Lead and participate in workplace audits, inspections and corrective actions.
Required profile
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
- Confident and capable of handling conflicts.
- OSHA‑approved certification.
- In‑depth knowledge of local regulations, ISO 45001 and international OSHA standards.
