About the role

The Head of StudyAll will lead a groundbreaking initiative to provide affordable, accessible, high‑quality education for disadvantaged students. Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will set strategic direction and oversee daily operations of the program.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic plan for StudyAll, aligning with the school’s mission.
• Develop and manage partnerships with NGOs, government bodies and other stakeholders.
• Oversee the creation of an efficient online learning platform tailored to disadvantaged learners.
• Implement a sustainable financial model with a modest monthly student fee.
• Monitor program effectiveness and make data‑driven improvements.
• Lead fundraising initiatives and represent StudyAll in public forums.
• Build and lead a dedicated team focused on educational transformation.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in Education, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 10 years of leadership experience in the education sector, especially in ed‑tech.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale programs improving access for disadvantaged populations.
• Strong understanding of educational financing mechanisms.
• Deep commitment to educational equity and innovation.
