Head of Recruitment

About the role

ReWorks Solutions is seeking a strategic leader to head its recruitment function. You will shape the talent acquisition roadmap, ensuring we attract and retain top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the overall recruitment strategy and operations across the organization.
• Design and implement innovative recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• Oversee and mentor the recruitment team, managing performance and development.
• Partner with department heads and senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and plan workforce.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.
• Analyze recruitment metrics, generate reports, and use data to drive strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies throughout the hiring process.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to position ReWorks as an employer of choice.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of designing and executing successful recruitment strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and leverage metrics for continuous improvement.
• Excellent organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms.
