Head of Marketing – Caribbean

About the role

We are looking for a commercially driven Head of Marketing to lead customer acquisition, retention and brand growth across the Caribbean. Based in the region, you will work with a young, ambitious leadership team that is scaling aggressively. The role combines strategic ownership with hands‑on execution in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end marketing strategy to drive acquisition, retention and revenue growth.
• Manage campaigns across digital, retail, radio, social media and multiple customer touchpoints.
• Use customer data, analytics and insights to optimise performance and maximise ROI.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to create smarter, more scalable marketing processes.
• Oversee marketing budgets with a strong commercial focus and measurable outcomes.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing marketing team while maintaining a hands‑on approach.
• Build brand awareness and strengthen market position in a competitive environment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing leadership experience in iGaming, gaming, betting or other highly regulated consumer sectors.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable customer and revenue growth.
• Commercially minded, data‑driven decision maker comfortable with fast decisions.
• Proactive, energetic and entrepreneurial mindset thriving in high‑growth environments.
• Leader who can shape strategy and roll up sleeves to execute.
