Head of Finance

About the role

Payment24 is seeking a dynamic Head of Finance to lead its finance function as the company scales its innovative payment solutions. Reporting directly to the founders, you will shape financial strategy, support global expansion and ensure robust financial governance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the finance team, overseeing day‑to‑day operations such as payroll, invoicing and cash‑flow management.
• Design and manage annual budgets and long‑term forecasts for each regional division.
• Prepare and present monthly and annual financial reports, ensuring statutory compliance.
• Drive pricing strategy and support the company’s global expansion plans.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors and other service providers.
• Implement and monitor internal controls and financial policies.
• Provide analytical insight on sales, unit economics and profitability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior finance roles, preferably within fast‑growing technology or fintech environments.
• Strong track record of managing budgets, forecasts and statutory reporting.
• Ability to lead and mentor a finance team.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
