Head Of Digital & Brand Design

About the role

We are seeking a multidisciplinary designer with a strong eye for design, solid digital skills, and a curiosity about audience behavior. The role starts with work across several interior‑focused brands and will gradually concentrate on two core brands: House of Fitters and Richard Bramble. This is a full‑time, remote position that may begin part‑time before transitioning to full‑time.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build websites and landing pages using Framer.
• Create page structures, user journeys, and interactive prototypes.
• Produce static ads, social media content, and marketing collateral.
• Edit video ads, including typography, transitions, audio, and basic motion.
• Generate, edit, and develop high‑quality image and video assets with AI tools.
• Experiment with new AI workflows to enhance realism and speed.
• Design presentations, brochures, and other digital or print materials.
• Develop website and product assets for Shopify.
• Review completed pages and provide clear design and UX feedback to developers.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across multiple brands and channels.
• Contribute to revenue‑generating activities such as CRO brainstorming, advertising creative, and landing‑page optimisation.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio showcasing excellent web and digital design.
• Natural understanding of typography, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating websites or landing pages in Framer or Figma.
• Ability to work directly in Framer (or similar prototyping tools).
