About the role

Lead, manage and oversee the internal operations and corporate services of the Government Employees Pension Fund. The role covers Legal, Compliance, Human Capital, ICT and Facilities Management functions.

Key responsibilities

Provide strategic direction and overall management of corporate services.
Oversee legal affairs and ensure regulatory compliance.
Lead human capital management, including talent acquisition and development.
Direct ICT services and drive technology initiatives.
Manage facilities and ensure optimal workplace environments.
Supervise people management and performance frameworks.
Control financial management and budgeting for the department.
Maintain stakeholder relationships and combined assurance activities.

Required profile

Master’s degree or NQF level 9 qualification.
Minimum five years of senior management leadership experience.
At least twelve years of relevant experience in the functional areas.
Senior‑level experience within the pension fund industry or related financial services sector.
