About the role

Interdot is looking for an experienced Solar EPC Commercial Director to lead its Commercial & Industrial (C&I) division. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building a robust sales pipeline, and positioning EPC solutions as the smartest financial investment for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and develop a strong sales pipeline for solar EPC projects.
• Position EPC solutions as financially optimal investments for clients.
• Explain system sizing, yield estimations, and tier‑1 equipment benefits without engineering support.
• Manage, mentor, and scale the EPC team, setting clear KPIs such as calls made, site visits booked, proposals sent, and revenue targets.
• Ensure accountability and performance to consistently exceed goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma in Commercial Management, Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering.
• Industry certifications are highly desirable.
• Affiliation with local solar bodies (e.g., SAPVIA) or completion of formal PV sizing and sales courses preferred.
