About the role
Nutun Business Services South Africa is seeking a dynamic, commercially‑minded leader to head the Insights & Client Enablement function. This senior role connects data, quality, strategy and operations to drive measurable business outcomes and exceptional client performance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead AI‑enabled, predictive performance insights and reporting
- Develop and optimise client scorecards and performance dashboards
- Oversee quality assurance and workforce modelling
- Design data‑driven client strategy and performance interventions
- Govern reporting automation, executive insights and governance frameworks
- Engage with C‑Suite, MD, COO and strategic clients on analytics initiatives
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Credit or Collections Risk Analytics, Strategy or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in collections strategy, business intelligence or operational analytics
- Minimum 3 years in a senior management or head‑level role
- Proven ability to present insights to C‑Suite and external clients
- Experience with AI, automation, BI and analytics solutions
- Strong understanding of campaign, dialler and client scorecards, and exposure to the full credit life‑cycle
