Guest Experience Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Guest Experience Specialist to help travelers turn their ideas into personalized journeys. Based in South Africa, you will work from home, consulting with clients to design memorable travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand travel goals, preferences, budgets and specific requirements.
• Research destinations, accommodations, tours, activities and transportation to create tailored itineraries.
• Coordinate and manage bookings across all trip components, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
• Provide personalized support before, during and after travel, maintaining strong client relationships.
• Address travel‑related questions, changes and unexpected issues, offering effective solutions.
• Stay updated on travel trends, seasonal opportunities, promotions and industry developments.
• Promote travel services and generate new business through social media, networking and referrals.
• Work independently, staying organized and focused on personal and business goals.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation and genuine enthusiasm for creating memorable travel experiences.
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in your country.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote interaction.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable managing your own schedule and taking initiative.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with interest in building client relationships.
• Previous experience in travel, sales, hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required.
