Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the guarding division.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the security industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tenders.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry functions.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of proven sales experience in the security guarding industry.
• Strong knowledge of guarding operations and security solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to generate and close new business.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable personal transport.
• Clear criminal record.
