GTM Talent Delivery Consultant

About the role

Our client, a specialist recruitment firm serving high‑growth AI and SaaS startups in London, New York and San Francisco, is looking for a GTM Talent Delivery Consultant. You will own end‑to‑end candidate delivery for go‑to‑market (GTM) roles, ranging from individual contributors to senior leadership positions.

Key responsibilities

• Deeply understand each hiring brief by joining kickoff meetings, asking probing questions and designing a tailored search strategy.
• Source and headhunt hard‑to‑find GTM talent across sales, marketing, customer success, founder’s associate and chief of staff functions.
• Conduct high‑quality candidate screens that assess fit beyond a checklist, engaging senior candidates in genuine conversations.
• Manage pipelines proactively to keep every role moving and avoid stalls.
• Think commercially by identifying standout candidates, flagging market signals and contributing strategic ideas to clients.

Required profile

• Solid recruitment experience in agency, RPO or in‑house settings, preferably placing talent in high‑growth tech startups (AI, SaaS, B2B).
• Proven sourcing and headhunting ability – consistently finding strong candidates that others miss.
• Experience placing GTM talent at both individual contributor and leadership levels.
• Confident and credible on calls with senior, sought‑after candidates.
• Willingness to push back on briefs, ask smart questions and help shape the search.
• Quality‑over‑volume mindset – prefer sending a few outstanding candidates to many average ones.
• Comfortable in a fast‑moving, founder‑led environment with high standards.
