GTM Operations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive GTM Operations Specialist to enhance our go‑to‑market processes across sales, customer success, and revenue operations. You will translate business needs into efficient workflows, leverage data and automation, and support the full customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Support and optimise B2B go‑to‑market and revenue workflows.
• Assist outbound sales, business development, and account‑based selling initiatives.
• Identify and implement improvements in sales and customer‑success processes.
• Maintain customer relationships throughout the entire journey.
• Utilise CRM systems, sales technology, data, automation and AI‑powered tools to boost efficiency.
• Build and maintain structured operational processes and systems.
• Analyse data to uncover opportunities and solve operational challenges.
• Support lead generation, prospecting, pipeline management and follow‑up activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Operations teams to improve revenue performance.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in B2B GTM, revenue operations, sales engineering or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable workflows.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• High level of ownership, independence and curiosity.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
