GTM Engineer (Clay & Claude)

About the role

We are seeking a GTM Engineer who lives and works inside the Clay and Claude ecosystems. This role focuses on building and scaling AI‑driven enrichment workflows that turn raw prospect data into personalized outbound assets at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain advanced Clay tables and multi‑step workflows for outbound and enrichment campaigns.
• Develop, test, and iterate Claude prompts to produce structured, reliable research outputs.
• Optimize waterfall enrichment sequences across multiple data providers while managing credit efficiency.
• Integrate Clay outputs into CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot for automated activation.
• Monitor workflow performance, diagnose enrichment gaps, and continuously improve data quality.

Required profile

• Daily hands‑on experience with both Clay and Claude.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on workflow automation and prompt quality.
• Ability to own end‑to‑end GTM data infrastructure and drive direct revenue impact.
