- Work closely with a design team to develop and test creative assets such as social ads, infographics and landing page banners.
- Test and optimise audiences, offers, creative, landing pages and bidding strategies to improve conversion, pipeline impact and move toward net-positive ROAS.
- Own the e-commerce conversion experience from traffic to add-to-cart to checkout, including landing pages, offers, product packaging, cart behaviour, promotions, urgency, bundling and purchase intent.

- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, paid media or e-commerce marketing, with a focus on driving conversions and revenue through direct-to-consumer or online retail channels.
- Track record of increasing qualified inbound traffic, add-to-carts, conversion rates, pipeline, revenue, ARR, ROI or ROAS.
- Hands-on experience managing paid media programmes and improving e-commerce or self-service buying experiences.
- Nice to have: experience in cybersecurity, digital trust, SaaS or technical B2B products.
Required skills

- Strong analytical ability to diagnose traffic, audience, channel, offer, creative, landing page, cart, checkout, nurture and sales handoff performance.
- Managing budgets, pacing, testing roadmaps, tracking, attribution and reporting across multiple campaigns.
What we offer
- Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
- Paid time off including holidays and additional leave options, plus family-friendly leave policies.
- Health and wellness support, pension, life insurance and income protection (location dependent).
