Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

The Growth Marketing Manager will design and execute data‑driven initiatives that boost acquisition and conversion for funding and banking products. You will own the website as a conversion engine, collaborate with paid media agencies, and ensure brand‑aligned campaigns deliver measurable pipeline impact.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run full‑funnel growth initiatives, identifying and removing bottlenecks in the conversion funnel.
• Own website performance, analyse user behaviour, run A/B tests and maintain a CRO backlog.
• Oversee paid digital agencies, set growth targets, optimise audience segmentation and ensure clear ROI attribution.
• Deliver brand‑consistent campaigns, work with creative teams and support product launches with tailored landing pages.
• Test new channels, partnerships and content formats; set hypotheses, track performance and report insights.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, CRM and Data & Insights teams.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in growth, digital or performance marketing.
• Proven track record of improving website conversion rates.
• Experience managing paid media through agencies.
• Exposure to brand messaging and campaign delivery.
• Background in B2B SaaS, fintech or other complex products is a plus.
