Group Senior Organisation Design Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a senior professional to lead organisational design initiatives across the Group. The role will translate business strategy into clear structure and role recommendations, ensuring the organisation remains agile and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive organisational diagnostics to assess current structures, layers, spans of control, role accountabilities and decision rights.
• Develop current‑state and future‑state design options, providing analysis, rationale and alignment with business strategy.
• Design and refine operating models, reporting relationships and functional interfaces, supporting centralised, decentralised or matrix structures as required.
• Create and maintain role architecture, job families, career streams and job evaluation frameworks.
• Assess the impact of business transformations, technology enablement and capability shifts on organisational design.
• Identify opportunities to simplify structures, remove duplication and improve accountability.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale organisational design or transformation projects.
• Strong analytical ability to translate strategic objectives into practical design solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across senior leadership.
• Deep understanding of governance, regulatory requirements and operating model concepts.
