Group Logistics Manager

About the role

The Group Logistics Manager leads, integrates and optimises logistics and supply chain operations across the entire Group. This senior position ensures standardisation, efficiency and scalability for all manufacturing and distribution sites while supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of logistics strategy across multiple sites.
• Standardise processes to improve efficiency, scalability and cost‑effectiveness.
• Manage end‑to‑end logistics projects such as transport optimisation, warehousing improvements, systems implementation and inventory control enhancements.
• Apply structured project‑management principles, governance, timelines, budgets and measurable outcomes.
• Ensure reliable movement and storage of goods while maintaining high service levels, product integrity and compliance with SHEQ and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and cross‑functional integration with production, procurement, sales and customer demand.
• Develop data‑driven logistics capabilities aligned with operational‑excellence objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading logistics and supply‑chain operations across multiple manufacturing or distribution sites.
• Strong project‑management expertise with a track record of delivering logistics‑related initiatives on time and within budget.
• In‑depth knowledge of SHEQ standards and relevant regulatory compliance.
• Ability to align logistics functions with production, procurement, sales and customer demand.
• Data‑oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
