Supply Chain & Planning Manager – FMCG (Personal Care)

About the role

The Supply Chain & Planning Manager will lead end‑to‑end production planning and procurement for a personal care product range. You will translate sales forecasts into actionable production plans, coordinate with external co‑packers, and negotiate costs to protect margins.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse sales data to create monthly production forecasts and detailed plans, including raw and packaging material requirements.
• Issue production orders to co‑packers, monitor progress, and coordinate collection of finished goods.
• Calculate raw material and packaging material needs for each co‑packer and ensure timely delivery.
• Negotiate pricing for raw materials, packaging, and conversion costs with vendors and co‑packers.
• Lead periodic stock‑takes and material reconciliations at third‑party filling facilities.
• Manage the year‑end budgeting process for annual operations expenditures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in production planning or supply chain, preferably in personal care or FMCG.
• Proven negotiation skills for material and manufacturing costs.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel for forecasting and data analysis.
