Group Lead: Supply Chain Finance

About the role
The Group Lead – Supply Chain Finance will join the Finance team of Coca‑Cola Beverages Africa and report to the Group Head Finance Supply Chain. In this senior position you will be responsible for delivering financial insight and control across the company’s extensive supply‑chain network in Africa.
Key responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis, reporting and budgeting for the Supply Chain function.
- Partner with business units to provide actionable cost‑to‑serve insights.
- Monitor operational and capital expenditure performance against targets.
- Identify and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives that increase productivity, cost efficiency and financial control.
- Support value‑creation initiatives across the supply‑chain portfolio.
Required profile
- Proven experience in finance, preferably within a supply‑chain or manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
