Group Financial Manager (CA(SA)) - Remote

About the role

A pioneering mining group, an industry leader in environmentally responsible mineral processing and green mining technology, is recruiting a Group Financial Manager. You will report to and support the Operational CFO and supervise a team of seven. The work is initially fully remote, then moves to a hybrid arrangement with several days per week in the office.

Required profile

• Fully qualified CA(SA).
• Articles completed at a Big Four audit firm.
• Degree from a leading university.
• Financial management or relevant commercial experience gained outside an audit firm.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead a finance team.
• Commercially experienced Chartered Accountant able to work alongside the Operational CFO.
• Highly advantageous: previous mining sector experience and knowledge of South African mining taxation.
