Group After Sales Manager – Agricultural Mechanisation

About the role

OVK is seeking a Group After Sales Manager to lead the overall control and management of agricultural mechanisation parts and workshop services. The role focuses on delivering sustainable, profitable service to all OVK Group clients.

Key responsibilities

• Financial management of the after‑sales division.
• Personnel management, including recruitment and staff development.
• Control and administration of workshop operations.
• Driving market‑share growth for parts and services.
• Management and maintenance of assets and equipment.
• Inventory management of parts and supplies.

Required profile

• Grade 12 qualification.
• 5–10 years experience in agricultural mechanisation (tractors, harvesters, sprayers) within a parts and workshop environment.
• Proven experience in parts and/or workshop marketing and management.
• Qualified agricultural technician with a focus on precision farming technology.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
