Graphic Designer – Visual Strategy Lead

About the role

Unifi is looking for a Graphic Designer to lead the visual strategy for large‑scale marketing campaigns and branch designs across Africa. You will travel to regional offices, collaborate with local teams, and create brand‑aligned designs for both digital and physical platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design compelling marketing materials for online, mobile, and print channels.
• Develop fresh brand concepts for Unifi’s branch environments.
• Ensure all outputs follow Unifi’s brand guidelines and messaging standards.
• Partner with support and regional marketing teams to build high‑performing campaigns.
• Update and refine existing design assets as needed.
• Create ad‑hoc designs for internal communications.
• Design executive presentations, data dashboards, and learning & development materials.
• Lead the visual strategy from concept to execution for major campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design.
• 6‑8 years of experience in an advertising agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design expertise.
• Advanced understanding of marketing principles.
• Creative, curious mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel regularly across African countries.
