Graphic Designer & Social Media Video Creator

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Graphic Designer and Social Media Video Creator to join our remote team. You will work US business hours (9 am‑5 pm EST) and collaborate closely with our ads team to craft high‑impact image and video ads that capture attention and drive leads.

Key responsibilities

• Concept and produce high‑quality image and video ads for Facebook/Instagram and Google.
• Write short, punchy on‑asset copy and headlines.
• Tailor creative to ABA therapy providers and other client industries.
• Localize creative sets for multi‑market campaigns, ensuring location‑specific details are correct.
• Integrate generative AI tools into the workflow to accelerate production without sacrificing quality.
• Partner with the ads team to understand client goals and deliver on‑brand creative.
• Meet tight 3‑business‑day deadlines for graphics and short videos.
• Provide organized, editable source files for all deliverables.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a graphic designer and video creator for social media.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design and video work specifically for social platforms.
• Creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail and a solid sense of aesthetics.
• Knowledge of current social media trends and platform specifications.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative attitude.
