Graphic Designer

About the role

West Coast Group is seeking a creative, energetic, and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to join its marketing team. You will work across several hospitality brands, producing visual content for both digital and print channels in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design marketing and promotional material for digital and print platforms, including social media content, advertisements, websites, newsletters, presentations, menus, point‑of‑sale material, and other collateral.
• Create and source imagery that aligns with established brand guidelines.
• Maintain visual integrity and consistency across all group brands.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers such as printers and photographers.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and campaign timelines.
• Quality‑check all artwork to ensure it is accurate and on‑brand before release.
• Stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a graphic design role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong Photoshop skills, including image retouching and deep etching.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail, including spelling, grammar, layout, and formatting.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative, innovative, self‑motivated, and solution‑driven.
