Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a passionate, eagle‑eyed Graphic Designer to join our team in Cape Town. You will work across a diverse portfolio of endurance‑focused brands, creating digital assets for campaigns, CRM, and web platforms. The role is full‑time with a hybrid schedule (office‑based, remote on Wednesdays).

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver digital assets for Instagram, Facebook, Google, CRM, and website.
• Apply design theory to produce aesthetically strong, audience‑appropriate work while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Translate briefs into clear creative executions and contribute to concept development.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Paid Media, and Account Management teams on year‑round campaigns.
• Stay current with industry trends and digital design tools, maintaining high quality across all output.
• Support print media projects when required.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of relevant graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating functional and aesthetic design skills.
• Excellent eye for typography, composition, and brand application.
• Interest in consumer psychology and conversion‑focused design.
• Detail‑oriented and solution‑driven mindset.
