Graphic Designer – Digital & Web Design

About the role

Our client in the automotive sector is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to produce digital assets and website components for marketing and internal communications. The role is based in Randburg, Gauteng and offers a full‑time onsite position.

Key responsibilities

• Create online display banners in JPG, GIF, and HTML formats.
• Develop website pages using HTML5, CSS and WordPress, ensuring compliance with best‑practice standards.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of online design trends, HTML, CSS and related styling languages.
• Submit website builds to the QA team for testing before client approval.
• Support fellow designers on additional projects to meet deadlines.
• Provide ad‑hoc design support for marketing campaigns and internal HR communications.
• Complete weekly productivity forms, meet KPIs, and follow escalation and reporting procedures.
• Analyse weekly errors for quality meetings and liaise with other departments as needed.
• Maintain system housekeeping and office hygiene on a regular basis.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) qualification; tertiary education is a plus.
• At least 2 years of digital design experience.
• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience with CSS, HTML5 and WordPress.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from R20 000 to R26 000 per month.
