Graphic Designer – Creative Team (EMEA)

About the role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Creative team, reporting to the Creative Lead EMEA based in Cape Town. You will work on a variety of design projects across the MEA region, as well as occasional global and European initiatives, delivering high‑quality visual solutions that support strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple design projects from brief to final delivery, ensuring timelines are met.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project goals and maintain clear communication.
• Present design concepts and final deliverables, explaining rationale and incorporating feedback.
• Support senior designers on high‑profile projects such as global reports and annual reviews.
• Maintain brand consistency and quality standards across all outputs.
• Utilise backend systems and processes to streamline workflow and track progress.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to resolve conflicts or project challenges.
