Graphic Designer – Brand & Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a highly capable Graphic Designer to support brand, marketing and communications across the firm, including investor, developer and consulting service materials. Working under the direction of the CMO, you will ensure visual consistency and high‑quality execution for a range of internal and external assets.

Key responsibilities

• Apply established brand guidelines to all materials, maintaining strict typography, layout and visual quality standards.
• Design e‑blasts (Mailchimp), quarterly reports, investor updates, white papers and other data‑heavy documents.
• Create pitch decks, executive presentations and marketing brochures using PowerPoint, Google Slides and Canva.
• Design and update website pages in WordPress and produce social and digital assets aligned with brand voice.
• Develop trade‑show collateral such as banners, signage and conference materials.
• Build and maintain reusable templates and systems for e‑blasts, reports, presentations and web components.

Required profile

• 4–8+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent attention to detail in alignment, spacing and typography.
• Ability to work within clearly defined brand direction and deliver consistent, refined work.
• Experience with text‑heavy or data‑driven content; B2B or financial/investment work is a plus.
• Responsive, reliable and efficient with a systems‑thinking mindset.
